Inspirational Thought for the Week |
Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of posting a weekly devotional writing for fellow educators and individuals around the state. The devotions are Christian in content and are meant to offer encouragement to all as we face the weekly grind. Each writing contains a section of text from the New American Standard Bible, an educational story, and an application statement. If you so desire, you do have permission to transmit this content to others as you feel led.
Also contained within this page are the prayer request of my campaign. I sincerely ask that you take the following request to heart, share them with other believers, and lift them up to God as often as possible.
- That God's will be done in this election cycle
- Safety for our students, educators, staff, bus drivers, and parents as they travel to school
- Safety for our students, educators, staff, and parents on our school grounds each day
- Wisdom for Mrs. Cox and our current educational leadership
- The ability to see and meet the needs of our students
- For educational personnel in search of employment
- Reduction of stress for students, educators, and parents
- A campaign based on integrity
- Words of reason, truth, and honesty
- The best vision for education in Georgia
- Material and financial needs of the campaign
- A servant's heart
